We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Web Developer with strong backend expertise to join a fast-growing, global team. You will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and high-quality web applications for both internal products and client projects.

In this senior role, you’ll take high-level business requirements, propose smart technical solutions, and deliver full features end-to-end — while collaborating with UX/UI, product, and leadership teams.

Your Role

✅ Lead backend-heavy full stack development across multiple projects

✅ Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and efficient web solutions

✅ Build and maintain Laravel 10 backend systems and APIs

✅ Develop frontend components using Blade, Bootstrap, HTML/CSS, and VueJS (or similar)

✅ Work with API-led development (JSON/REST) and ensure smooth integrations

✅ Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and security assessments

✅ Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other developers

✅ Manage project goals, meet deadlines, and report progress transparently

✅ Mentor team members and help improve development processes

Key Requirements

✔ 5+ years of full stack development experience, with strong backend focus
